KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old, according to a news release from Fairfield's Office of Community and Economic Development. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Its membership-based program provides 45-minute classes one or two times per week, as well as access to a host of online tools.
“Fairfield is a great place for KidStrong because there are so many families in the community that would benefit from a program like this,” Pedatella said in the news release. Each class is led by two professional coaches, has a different monthly curriculum, and begins and ends with, “I’m strong, I’m brave, I can do this,” while also emphasizing milestone achievements and affirmation.
