About Bob Virgulak

As a dedicated commercial and residential real estate salesman and seasoned entrepreneur, I have been immersed in the real estate industry for much of my life. I began my full-time real estate career in 2015 with my father’s team at DVB Commercial Realty in Norwalk, CT. During my tenure at DVB, I specialized in small-market retail and office leasing in lower Fairfield County, successfully representing clients in purchasing and selling office buildings and multi-family units across Connecticut.

My peers and clients recognize me as a relationship cultivator, an innovative thinker, and a creative dealmaker who prioritizes the needs of others to achieve results. My commitment to providing a streamlined, stress-free experience in real estate transactions has led to significant accomplishments. From 2022 to 2024, I was ranked number one in units and sale prices in the Resi-Mercial space. I've completed over 35 transactions annually across 30 towns, from Westchester County, New York, to Hartford County, Connecticut. Notably, I facilitated a unique deal with Netflix to bring the filming of "The Good Nurse" to Norwalk.

Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a successful career as a top personal trainer and health club owner in Fairfield County, where I built a strong reputation in the fitness industry. My enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to client service distinguished me from my peers. Highlights of my previous career include founding BALANCE Brand Health Clubs, "The LAB," our personal family gym, and Neighborhood Fitness, an in-home personal training service, and being named one of the Top 13 personal trainers in the country in 2013—the only trainer recognized from Connecticut. I also had the honor of being featured in a 2011 Esquire Magazine article for designing a home gym for their “Most Expensive Bachelor Pad” edition in Brooklyn, NY.
